Account & Access
1. Go to <a href="https://app.giz.ai" class="text-accent hover:underline">https://app.giz.ai</a><br>2. Click Continue with Google if that is how you registered, or use your email and password.<br>3. If you forgot your password, click Forgot password on the sign in page and follow the email link.<br>4. If the site seems stuck or shows outdated UI, do a hard refresh:<br> • Windows or Linux: Shift + Ctrl + R<br> • macOS: Shift + Command + R<br>5. If you see Account locked or No active plan after payment, log out, log back in, then send a screenshot to support if it persists.
Don't reply to the verification email - the mailbox is not monitored. Verification codes expire after 30 minutes. Return to the sign up screen, request a new code, and enter it in the verification field on that screen.
Search your inboxes for a GizAI receipt or verification email. If you still cannot find the right login, email support with either a receipt screenshot or the last 4 digits of the charged card so we can locate the account.
Log in at <a href="https://app.giz.ai" class="text-accent hover:underline">https://app.giz.ai</a>, click the avatar (profile icon) in the top left, open Settings or Account page, scroll to the bottom, and click "Delete Account". This permanently removes your account and associated data.
Content generated before logging in is demo mode only and is not saved. After logging in, all generated content is automatically saved to your account. Click the archive box icon (Generated Contents) in the top-right corner to view your saved videos and images. Downloading or editing requires an active paid subscription.
Plans & Pricing
No. GizAI does not use a fixed monthly credit bucket. We use hourly rate limits per model. If you reach a model's hourly limit, you can switch to another model immediately. Limits vary by plan and by model cost.
Unlimited usage means you are not capped by a monthly credit balance. Usage is subject to per hour rate limits so that costs and system load remain sustainable for everyone.
Some models incur real API costs in the 0.20 to 2.00 USD range per request, which we cover on your behalf. To keep plan prices sustainable, high-cost models have tighter hourly throughput on lower plans. Higher plans raise these limits and unlock additional models.
1. Visit <a href="https://app.giz.ai" class="text-accent hover:underline">https://app.giz.ai</a><br>2. Click the avatar in the top left<br>3. Select Subscription<br>From there you can update the plan, change payment method, or cancel.
Yes. Subscriptions renew automatically on the listed date using your saved payment method. To avoid renewal, cancel before that date from Subscription.
<ul class="list-disc pl-5 space-y-2 mt-2"><li>Initial subscription purchases include a 14 day money-back guarantee.</li><li>Renewals are non-refundable. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.</li><li>Refunds typically appear in 5 to 7 business days depending on your bank.</li></ul>
As long as you don't cancel your subscription, your original rate will remain unchanged even as we add more premium models and features. Prices may increase for new subscribers as we expand our AI model offerings.
AI Video
No. AI Video is not conversational. Each generation uses only the text you submit in that request. If you write "Continue in the same style as before", the model cannot see earlier prompts. Repeat important style details in every request or anchor the scene with a First Frame Image.
Most models generate 5 to 10 seconds by default. Use Extend below a result to make it longer. Extend is available only for Wan and LTX Video, and it builds forward from the last frame.
Yes. Generate the video, then click the LipSync button below the result. Enter your script or upload audio. Models like OmniHuman 1 are provided for lip sync.
Individual clips are limited in length. Create multiple short clips and stitch them in your editor, or use Extend on supported models for incremental growth.
AI Image
A reference image is an image you upload to guide style, character identity, or composition. Provide a short prompt that tells the model what to keep and what to change. This is the best way to produce consistent first frame images for your AI Video scenes.
Yes. Try FLUX.1 Kontext or Nano Banana 2 or GPT Image 1.5 for restoration, colorization, and targeted refinements. Upload the image and describe the specific fixes you want.
Technical Issues
Output language follows your browser language, in-app Language setting, and prompt language. If responses drift to the wrong language: Start a new session, set Language to your preference in settings, keep prompts in that language.
Try these steps: Hard refresh the tab (Ctrl+Shift+R or Cmd+Shift+R), temporarily disable content blockers or privacy shields, try another browser profile without extensions.
